Most real estate professionals, including

the home. The cost of an inspection is well worth spending since, often times, inspections find areas of concern that may
cost the buyer much more than they bargained for when purchasing their new home.
H.I.S. will perform a full inspection in
accordance with the Standards of Practice set up by the South Carolina Residential Building Commission and the International
Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
H.I.S. will also perform partial inspections of suspect areas if requested
using the same standards as stated above.
A comprehensive easy-to-read report with photos and summaries will be
provided upon completion of the inspection.
